In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By accessing or using any part of the 90ji Platform — including, without limitation, browsing the website, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 90ji Platform and, if applicable, request closure of your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

To register for and use a 90ji Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 90ji strictly prohibits access by minors. Your date of birth will be verified during the KYC process, and any Account found to have been opened by a person under 18 will be immediately closed, with deposited funds returned to the original payment method after verification of the depositor's identity.
• Location: You must be physically located in the Republic of the Philippines at the time of registration and at all times when accessing the Platform.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law. Persons under legal disability or guardianship are not eligible.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of 90ji or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• Not Previously Excluded: You must not have been subject to a self-exclusion request or a 90ji-imposed exclusion that remains in effect at the time of registration.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful. Submission of false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

Each eligible individual may open and maintain one (1) Account on the 90ji Platform. The creation of more than one Account by the same person — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you will be required to provide, at minimum: a valid email address, a secure password, and your date of birth. You represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You are obliged to update your Account information promptly if any details change.

90ji reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to unusual account activity. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested by 90ji for this purpose, including but not limited to:

• Philippine national ID (PhilSys ID Card)
• Valid Philippine passport
• Driver's licence issued by the Land Transportation Office
• SSS, GSIS, or Pag-IBIG identification card with photograph
• Proof of address in the Philippines (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within 90 days)

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in temporary restriction of withdrawal privileges or, in cases of persistent non-compliance, Account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your email address and password. You must not disclose your password to any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify 90ji immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any security breach involving your credentials. You may do so via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Until such notification is received, 90ji may treat all activity on your Account as authorised by you.

90ji strongly recommends that all Users enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts. 90ji will never contact you requesting your password, OTP code, or any other authentication credential. Any communication purporting to be from 90ji that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

All deposits to your 90ji Account are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). 90ji accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to the minimum and maximum limits applicable to each payment method as published on the Wallet section of the Platform.

The minimum deposit via e-wallet (GCash or Maya) is ₱100. Minimum deposits via bank transfer may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your 90ji Balance upon confirmation from the payment provider — e-wallet deposits via GCash and Maya are typically credited within seconds.

You represent and warrant that:

• All funds deposited to your Account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity.
• The payment method used belongs to you and is registered in your name. 90ji does not accept deposits from payment methods registered to third parties.
• You are not depositing on behalf of another person.

90ji reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit, request additional verification before crediting funds, or apply a hold on recently deposited funds pending identity verification, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations applicable to online gaming operators in the Philippines.

Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your Account Balance, except in cases of technical error, duplicate processing, or as required by applicable law.

Withdrawal of funds from your 90ji Account Balance is subject to the following conditions:

• KYC Completion: Your first withdrawal requires successful completion of identity verification. You must submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID and, in some cases, proof of address. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is approved.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified for a particular withdrawal method.
• Same Method Policy: Withdrawals will, wherever possible, be returned to the same payment method used for deposit. In cases where this is not technically possible, 90ji will process withdrawal via an alternative method following verification.
• Processing Times: E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are typically processed within 1–3 business hours for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. VIP-tier players may be entitled to faster processing times as set out in the Loyalty Programme Terms.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the wagering requirement has been fulfilled.
• Withdrawal Limits: Standard daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply per account tier. These limits are displayed in the Wallet section of the Platform.

90ji reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC requirements, investigation into potential fraud, or compliance with applicable law.

From time to time, 90ji may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers, or other promotional incentives to registered Users. All such promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference.

The following general conditions apply to all 90ji promotions unless the individual promotion terms expressly provide otherwise:

• Each promotion is available to eligible registered Users only, as specified in the promotion terms. 90ji reserves the right to exclude any User from a promotion at its sole discretion.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements must typically be met within the time period specified for each promotion.
• Unless stated otherwise, only real-money wagers (from Cash Balance, not Bonus Balance) placed on eligible games contribute to wagering requirements. Different game types may contribute at different rates as specified in the promotion terms.
• Abuse of bonuses — including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds in a manner intended to circumvent wagering requirements, or colluding with other players in connection with promotional play — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 90ji may void any bonus and associated winnings in such cases.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash until wagering requirements are satisfied.

All games offered on the 90ji Platform — including but not limited to slots, live dealer baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo, dragon tiger, bingo, and sports betting — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface or game section on the Platform. These game-specific rules form part of these Terms.

With respect to all games on the 90ji Platform:

• Slot and RNG-based games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. RTP (Return to Player) figures for each game title are published and are theoretical long-term averages — individual session outcomes are random and cannot be predicted.
• Live dealer games are conducted by professionally trained dealers in certified studio environments. All live game rounds are recorded and can be audited in the event of a dispute.
• Sports betting markets are governed by the specific rules for each sport and market type as published in the Sports Betting section. In the event of ambiguity, 90ji's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 90ji will use reasonable endeavours to reconstruct the game state. Where this is not possible, bets affected by a verifiable technical error will be voided and stakes returned.
• Bets placed and confirmed by the system are final and may not be cancelled by the User after confirmation, except in circumstances expressly provided for in the applicable game rules.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 90ji Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registration by, or use of the Platform on behalf of, any person under 18 years of age;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information;
• Creating or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Colluding with other players to exploit games, bonuses, or promotional offers;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the Platform to conceal the proceeds of criminal activity;
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback on a legitimate deposit through your bank or payment provider while retaining funds wagered or won on 90ji;
• Exploitation of software errors, display errors, or pricing errors on the Platform. Any winnings derived from a known or obvious error are void;
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt any part of the 90ji technical infrastructure;
• Any conduct that 90ji, in its reasonable judgment, determines to be contrary to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of legitimate players.

90ji is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We acknowledge that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and have implemented a range of tools to assist Users in maintaining control of their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 90ji Users from within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts that notify you after a defined continuous gaming session duration.
• Reality Check: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying elapsed session time and net balance movement.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary exclusion (7 days to 12 months) or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable.
• Account Cooling-Off Period: Request a short-term break from the Platform (24 hours to 30 days) without full self-exclusion.

All content on the 90ji Platform — including but not limited to the 90ji brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and any other proprietary materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 90ji or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 90ji Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any 90ji content;
• Use any 90ji trademark, logo, or brand name without prior written authorisation;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.

Unauthorised use of 90ji intellectual property may result in Account suspension and legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 90ji and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings resulting from technical malfunctions, network interruptions, or force majeure events;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate password security;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers;
• Errors in game outcomes subsequently corrected under the applicable game rules;
• Actions taken by 90ji in good faith reliance on information provided by you.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 90ji's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

90ji's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User to their 90ji Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

90ji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any Balance or pending withdrawals, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested;
• Submission of fraudulent, forged, or misleading documents;
• Chargebacks initiated by the User against 90ji;
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request;
• Detection of automated betting tools or other prohibited software.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the User, any Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed at 90ji's discretion without fault on the part of the User, any verified Cash Balance will be returned to the User via the original payment method within a reasonable period following completion of any required verification.

Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting 90ji support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed and outstanding KYC requirements must be fulfilled.

In the event of any dispute regarding a game outcome, transaction, bonus, or Account decision, you should contact 90ji support in the first instance via live chat or email at [email protected] with the subject line "Dispute — [Account Email]".

90ji will acknowledge your dispute within two (2) business days and aim to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days. All relevant game logs, transaction records, and system data will be reviewed as part of the dispute investigation.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally between the parties, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules of the Philippines, with the seat of arbitration in Metro Manila.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines for the resolution of any dispute not referred to arbitration under Section 15.

90ji reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. All amendments will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on the Platform. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations under these Terms — 90ji will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the 90ji Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 14.

The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this document indicate the current version. Previous versions of the Terms are available upon written request to [email protected].
